I know that feeling well — and that’s exactly why I created Calm and Covered.
With a background in admin, operations, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, I’ve seen first-hand how overwhelming the day-to-day can become. I also know how much of a difference it makes when you have someone reliable there to take that weight off your shoulders.
Calm and Covered was built to be that support.
The kind that quietly gets things sorted, keeps everything organised, and helps your business run the way it should — without adding more stress to your day.
Whether you’re heading off on holiday, going through a busy period, or just feeling overwhelmed with everything on your plate, I’m here to step in and help. From managing inboxes and organising bookings to preparing quotes, handling documents, or simply bringing a bit of order to the chaos — no task is too small.
I don’t believe support should feel complicated or rigid. Every business is different, which is why everything I do is flexible and tailored to you.

About Me
I’ve spent over 10 years working in admin and operations, helping businesses stay organised and run smoothly behind the scenes. I also have a degree in English from Falmouth University, which has shaped my eye for detail and my love of clear, professional communication.
I’ve always lived in Cornwall, and I really enjoy supporting small, local businesses — especially those who are trying to juggle everything themselves.
Calm and Covered started while I was on maternity leave. What began as a way to fill the quieter moments during nap times quickly turned into something I genuinely loved. I found myself drawn to the variety, the problem-solving, and being able to step in and bring order to what can often feel like chaos.
Since then, I’ve helped businesses transition to fully digital systems, organise the day-to-day “odds and ends” that build up over time, and put processes in place to help everything run more smoothly and efficiently.
As things grew, I realised I wanted to build something more — a business that not only supports others but also allows me the flexibility to be present with my family while continuing to develop my skills and do work I genuinely enjoy.
My goal is to create a one-stop support service for businesses that don’t know where to start, or simply don’t have the time. A place where all those small, time-consuming tasks can be taken care of — without you having to worry about them.
That’s where my love for this work really began, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing every day.
